I have been in the BPO industry for almost a decade.
I first worked as a researcher for a real estate company in the US where my job was to do calls for tenant research and scan documents for property ownerships, that was where I learned how to navigate websites for researching. I have also worked for a dental lab as a virtual receptionist where I was tasked to answer calls from dental offices and provided them information from a software that my employer provided. Also, done some appointment setting for patients for that account.
I’ve handled voice and non-voice accounts in the past and has been through a lot of training. However, I know that I can still learn more and I am willing to do so for the betterment of my career.
