I'm currently working as an Administrative Assistant to the Operation Manager here in Bahrain and seeking for a Job Opportunity in E-Commerce Industry. I am presently in Training in Amazon Virtual Assistant Masterclass under Amazon Sellers VA (ASVA).
Here are my task as an Admin:
❖ Checking the available items and out of stocks in the store. Checking emails from business partners.
❖ Ordering store supplies by sending emails of LPO (List of Product Order) to the Suppliers.
❖ Receiving orders of the supplies and checking if they are correct.
❖ Making payment details upon payment transfer to the suppliers.
Inputting the suppliers invoices in MS Excel and Tally 9.
