My name is Cris Ochavez Zamora; everyone calls me Chanel. I've been doing Sales for 12 years with a combination of Customer Service, Escalations, and Retention. I used to be an Escalation Supervisor, where I train my people on how to properly handle escalated contacts and pacify difficult customers. The last position I had was a Sales Supervisor of 4 years. I trained my team on how to pitch to customers, take care of customer's needs, position an offer, handle stalls and objections, and eventually close the sale. Ultimately, I'm very comfortable talking to people and I have an inviting atmosphere to welcome new sales opportunities and provide a long term fix to customer's concerns.
