With the experiences I have gained, I developed a highly organized and multitasking skill which enables me to deliver admin tasks effectively and efficiently. I have progressed my creativity and patience that's why I find enjoyment in flyer and poster-making. I am very keen on details since it is a necessity in every business. I am an honest and trustworthy person that I am capable of working with less or no supervision at all. During my 6 years tenure at a manpower service company, I have thrived to become a Grievance Officer and later on a Human Resource Officer. But I initially landed as an Admin Assistant and later on was given the opportunity as Payroll and Billing Officer. I have also handled the position of Compensation and Benefits Officer. These challenging positions tested my patience, and I was able to take a great hold of it which eventually led me to create sound decisions alongside empathy. I am passionate about writing articles where I can convey my ideas into writing.
I always look forward to improving my skills and broadening my knowledge and I believe experience is the greatest contributor to take that into effect aside from self-studying.
