I am a former call center agent at Sutherland Global Services Incorporated on amazon.com from US based online store. I worked almost 9 months in the company and received couple of awards and incentives. I received a recognition of 'customer obsession award' because of my passion on interacting to customers and genuinely resolve their concerns and queries. In less than five months before my contract due, I was assigned and trained as phase 2 agent and handle more customer transferred calls and escalation. I am recently associated with Abacus Financial Incorporated. I search emails for potential business owners to make some sales. Also, owning many pages on Facebook such as psychology memes and basic information about mental health awareness. I also own two online stores on shopee.ph and carousell.com were I started to sell beauty products, women bags, native bags, unique staff and others. I have had an experience of data entry and transcribing for just a couple of months. Knowledgeable of Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom and several Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Publisher and Excel. I also use Google Docs for online editing and data entries of my online store income and outcome. I am currently studying and elected president of our department organization. I was once president scholar in our university. I was looking for part-time job to sustain my graduation fees and other school expenses in our university. Despite of my situation I managed to start a small business such as ice candy selling though school canteens. I use internet always as a part of my business strategy to promote and sell my products. I was made team leader through my experiences on previous work, business and academic achievements. I hope that we can share thoughts and out of the box ideas to help grow your business.
