I started my career in a staffing agency handling full-desk recruiting for administrative positions. After learning the ropes, I figured out my strengths didn't lie in closing the deal but in the details leading up to it. I became a support specialist and my natural abilities began to shine. I prevail in researching and sourcing to find the hidden talent. I am a natural connector and communicator and succeed in positively impacting the candidate experience.
