I’ve spent the last ten years working across the hospitality world, from boutique hotels and luxury vacation clubs to heritage cruise lines and pop-up dining events. My background is a mix of operations, auditing, experience design, and brand storytelling. I’ve worn a lot of hats, but the through line has always been about improving how people feel when they interact with a space, a service, or a team.

One of my core strengths is hospitality auditing. As a mystery shopper, I've conducted detailed checklists to assess things like brand alignment, service tone, and cleanliness / condition. I focus on what’s working, what’s missing, and how it all comes together in the guest journey.

Before auditing, I managed a portfolio of luxury vacation homes valued at over $24 million. I handled guest communications, property budgets, housekeeping coordination, and vendor management to provide curated white-glove moments for high-touch guests, demonstrating my big-picture planning and fast thinking on the ground.

I’m also drawn to the creative side of hospitality. I’ve helped build branded experiences through merchandise, pop-up dinners, and themed activations. I love when hospitality becomes a full-sensory story and people leave feeling like they were part of something. I’m intentional about accessibility, visual design, and small details that add delight without adding friction.

I’m someone who thrives with autonomy and communicates clearly. I enjoy remote work because I’m self-led, deadline-focused, and organized without needing someone to follow up. I balance structure with flexibility and bring both systems thinking and emotional intelligence into what I do.
