My role involved evaluating AI performance, verifying accuracy, and refining AI comprehension to align with industry standards. I also served as a language arts instructor and personal tutor for AI development, helping enhance its communication and contextual understanding. This experience strengthened my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with cutting-edge technology.

Before that, I worked as a Junior Underwriter at Findigs, assessing applicants’ financial stability, creditworthiness, and compliance with industry regulations. This role required keen attention to detail, adherence to company policies, and the ability to evaluate financial risks efficiently.

I also gained experience in operations and customer service, where I developed strong problem-solving and communication skills. At DoorDash, I contributed to multiple projects, such as verifying restaurant menu accuracy, item tagging, and merchant outreach. These experiences sharpened my skills in data validation, organization, and collaboration with different stakeholders. Additionally, as a Customer Service Representative at Teletech (T-Mobile), I managed high-volume inbound calls, assisted customers with transactions, and provided technical support, further enhancing my ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

My educational background in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Holy Angel University has given me a strong foundation in hospitality, customer relations, and business operations. It has also helped me build a service-oriented mindset, which I apply in all my professional roles.
