PERSONAL STATEMENT
I have worked with Quality Improvement with an array of credentials like Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing, and developed an excellent understanding of a wide range of Process Improvements, and have demonstrated this capacity through my 11 years in Vale S.A, the largest multinational mining company in Brazil and also third largest in the world. Ultimately gaining experience in data driven results oriented strategic with exceptional project/program management skills, with the ability to develop strategy and translate it into actionable plans to drive organizational change and improvement. I’m an individual with highly successful in building relationships internally and externally, as well as motivating and energizing others to think analytically and act critically.

The Citi upStart is a team-based entrepreneurship programme run by Citi in Ireland. Teams of postgraduate students from different universities propose start-up business plans, based on a new IT artefact. Each plan must be feasible and the teams must improve their plans together, along with Citi mentors over a period of six months. Each start-up plan is ultimately judged on novelty and marketability.

Earns over USD$ 1.02 billion in two years in cost saving and reducing process variability. The strategy was implemented to guarantee the company's gains and to remain competitive in the international market. The project covered all the processes in the 26 countries where the company operate applying the Six Sigma methodology.
