Hey there! I’m Coolyn, a creative problem-solver who loves mixing
strategy with a splash of fun. Right now, I’m an Executive Support
cum Social Media Coordinator at Via Creative Marketing, where I
handle social media campaigns and events for cool clients like Al
Islami Foods and Invest in Sharjah.
I’m all about making things happen—whether it’s keeping executives
on track, organizing schedules, coordinating events, or crafting
engaging content. With a background in Business Administration, I’ve
tried my hand at everything from recruitment to finance, but what
really lights me up is the creative side of things. Efficiency is my thing,

for crafting engaging captions and visual copy for Al Islami, helping to build their online presence
and engage with their target audience. This included creating content for influencer campaigns
that resonated with their community and effectively communicated the brand’s values.
Additionally, I handled paid social media ads for clients like SAEED and the Sharjah Excellence
Award, developing compelling ad copy and targeting strategies that maximized reach and
engagement. I also played a key role as an event coordinator for the Louvre events during Eid,
managing logistics, coordinating vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of the event. This
diverse range of experiences allowed me to hone my skills in content creation, campaign
management, and event coordination, all while delivering high-quality results for my clients.

CAMPAIGN LINK - AL AIN FARMS
I contributed to the 53rd National Day campaign by conducting product placement research to
the market, coordinating client approvals, and facilitating meetings with the client, artist, and
supplier teams. For Misrah, a local startup, I provided full supplier support for their brand,
managing everything from label tags, paper bags, sample books, ziplocks, and hangers. I also
handled supplier shortlisting, working closely with the client to secure approvals and
communicate feedback to the team for necessary adjustments, ensuring the final products
aligned with the brand's vision.
