I believe the customer support specialist role within your company is perfectly fit for my skills. My background is in customer service and management, where I thrived in customer service and sales based solely through phone and email. I was constantly in the top 5 salespeople in the state and would exceed my monthly sales budget by an average of 50%, as well as the main contact for assisting stores and customers with issues and enquiries. The experience I have gained in this area demonstrates a comfortable ability to sell and communicate through phone and other online forms as well as adapt and adjust sales techniques to suit different perspective clients. I successfully worked in high paced environments where my need to embrace all and any possibilities was vital. I managed a group of 8 salespeople and we created a solid family environment that focused on effective teamwork to ensure everyday was enjoyable everyone worked effectively.

I am an efficient, goal driven, energetic and thorough worker. I have managed high performing sales teams and worked within many others teams in high paced markets that have given me the confidence and the experience to get results. I did this before returning to university to complete an international business degree where I had years of first hand knowledge to reinforce my learning. I enjoy working in a team, either managing or working side by side, the team environment allows me to use my skills to effectively complete our task.

My training is in sales and management, though my dominant role was focused on customer service and customer satisfaction. In my management role I was delegated as the product trainer for new team members and pushing sales amongst our experienced team members.

I worked through a call center and regional offices which has made me comfortable with phone and email based enquires and also face to face interaction.

I would describe myself as ambitious, hardworking, driven, diligent and well presented. I believe all of these skills are transferable into this role and will ensure a successful candidate if you give me the opportunity.
