My background includes working remotely for companies in the position of customer support agent for the past four years. Most recently, I worked as a customer service representative, where myrResponsibilities included handling customer inquiries through mail, chat and inbound outbound calls. Previously I worked for a company called Business In Mind (BIM) from May 2019 to June 2021 as a customer support agent. In these remote positions the communication was mostly through skype, WhatsApp and Slack. So these communication platforms are familiar to me. I have also worked with Shopify. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve complaints and reach the set key performance Indicator. In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my time of employment as a Customer support agent and my current Bachelor study in Hospitably and Tourism.
