Delving into the world of IT, I possessed various skills such as a seasoned virtual assistant, customer support representative, graphic designer, canva expert and telemarketing. I have profound knowledge on the use of CRM tools, cloud-based storage management, project management tools, data entry and appointment setting/ schedule, bookings, cold emailing, cold calling , email management/marketing, and lead generation etc.

With 1 year experience, I am very conversant with the use of the necessary equipment required for optimum service delivery.
