I am Comfort Adefabi, a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with over five years of experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments. My career began at First Bank of Nigeria, where I worked closely with the Business Development Manager, providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. In this role, I managed a wide range of responsibilities, including calendar and inbox management, coordinating client communications, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and following up with stakeholders to ensure projects and sales initiatives stayed on track.
Through this experience, I developed a strong foundation in executive support, communication, and project coordination. One of my strengths is anticipating needs before they arise—whether it’s preparing concise meeting briefings, streamlining email communication, or ensuring that deadlines are met across multiple priorities. I’ve also handled sensitive information with discretion and built strong relationships with clients and colleagues by combining professionalism with empathy and a solutions-focused mindset.
Over the years, I have become digitally fluent and adaptable to new systems. I have hands-on experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, Notion, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms like Buffer and Hootsuite. I’m also exploring data analysis tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot to further strengthen my versatility and add value in both administrative and business development contexts.
What drives me is helping executives focus on high-level strategy by removing operational bottlenecks and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution. I enjoy creating systems that keep everything organized, following through on commitments, and maintaining clear communication channels across teams and stakeholders.
Beyond my technical and organizational skills, I bring high emotional intelligence and professional maturity. I know how important it is to remain calm under pressure, to adapt quickly when plans change, and to turn challenges into opportunities for collaboration. A good example is when I helped save a client relationship after a missed call almost cost us a deal—I was able to calmly re-engage the client, rebuild trust, and secure their continued partnership.
