Program Management
As the head of programs, I provide general organizational
leadership in programs by planning and coordinating program
activities, and monitoring the implementation while supporting the
growth and development of the program projects in place. I achieve
this by carrying out the following;
• Providing efficient leadership and direction to the teams
• Recruiting and onboarding schools for green projects
• Recruiting and training volunteers for maximum impact
delivery
• Conducting regular site and field visits, reporting, and
documentation for effective monitoring and evaluation
Achievement: With effective leadership skills, I have
managed to the realization of 105,000 trees grown, over
20,000 people impacted, 42 schools engaged and 50
volunteers trained.
Enterprise partnerships and development
I am tasked with the responsibility of building effective
partnerships that promote social enterprising for local women and
youth groups in communities by;
• Mapping and recruiting women and youth groups for local
green enterprises e.g., tree nurseries

Education for sustainable development
As part of the 10 schools green project activity, I conduct and
coordinate weekly conservation learning in 10 schools by;
• Scheduling learning activities weekly
• Developing manuals and annual lesson plans for schools
• Recruiting patrons and providing relevant technical
training for capacity building
• Organizing learning activities within and outside schools
Achievement: I managed to onboard 10 schools, raised a
pool of 600 young green champions, and formed a
committee of 30 patrons, this has translated to a green
social enterprise that generates $540 annually.

I was responsible for managing and running an individual giving
program that sought to achieve business development goals; funds,
prospect partnerships, and brand awareness. I led, coordinated, and
supervised a team of five through the 4 key fundraising streams;
donor recruitment, merchandise sales, a school program, and
digital fundraising by carrying out the following;
• Coordinating and leading the fundraising team
• Scheduling and planning mall and school activations,
• Stock-taking of the merchandise, developing sales reports,
catalogs and coordinating all the sales
• Recruiting individual donors for one-off and regular
giving.

Achievement: I recruited 100 individual donors that raised
$110 each, annually. I supported the start of Panda Club
and Global Livestream Fundraising that doubled the
Individual Giving Program annual revenue generation and
recruited 10 schools and 100 online Panda club members.
