Collins Hlatshwayo

I'm a 35 year old man, who holds an LCCI Marketing diploma and 14 years experience in marketing, stationery design and customer service work.

Previously I worked as a graphic designer for an advertising firm and was involved in the design and production of newspaper adverts, billboards, magazines and corporate wear.

All my posts have included customer service/ support roles as I have always had to be in contact with a product end user or fellow employee/ s who would have requested design work or similar to be done. I am strengthening my skills with a Fundamentals of Digital Marketing course.

In my previous and current roles my tasks have included responding to emails, cold calling, responding to incoming social media messages, invoicing clients and I have made many friends of these customers bringing repeat business to the companies . I am quite driven to achieve and when there are set goals to be attained, I see it through.

I am a hard working team player who is eager to learn new concepts, committed to my work and to serving customers.
