First off, respect to all the entrepreneurs out there! You've made it this far, congrats!
As an entrepreneur, there is no doubt you're in some stage of website development - maybe the ideation phase, or perhaps you already have one but something about it isn't taking full advantage of the internet's lead potential.
Wherever you're at with it - both you and I can agree that having a great website that reflects your brand is essential in 2019. Furthermore, it must be laden with engaging content, optimized for search engines, and compelling enough to make your user want to become your client or customer.
If I may be so bold, it's the design of your website, the allure of meaningful content, and optimization for search engines that I shine in as a freelancer. I'm your tool for design, creating content, and SEO.
My tactics differ from most freelancers because my attitude is different. I care, more than the next one. But, so does everyone else, purportedly. So what about my service is different?
My SEO tactics aren't reactionary, they're proactive.
My content isn't just engaging, it's enticing.
My website design isn't just about oohs and aahs, it's about careful consideration for your ideal customer.
You'll only get ahead with someone with an attitude that is proactive. And you know? I'm not the only one out there.
But, we're a select few.
We're like 5% of freelancers. Sad thing is, words mean nothing when something like a contract and things like promises are involved, where I am literally promising you that I will produce results.
I'll admit it, too. I'm not some veteran whose got a telephone-book worth of projects and clients I can tell you about. I have some, listed below.
So you'll have to make a gut decision about me. I've had clients, of course. I've completed projects, and produced results. But you have to ask yourself, do you care about some person with a laundry list of clients, or is what is really important is someone with the right attitude, a commitment to your project that responds immediately to your communicae, and someone who takes constructive criticism.
I mean, if I'm working for you, and you can't criticize me, what are we even doing? Feel free to tell me what I did is all wrong. I won't charge you more. I'll make true on my promises.
I'm not going to try and convince you to pick me based on pretty words, and some predisposed selection of projects that might make you go "oh, this guy, he's done this and that and this". It's my attitude, commitment, and meaning I put to promises that I'm offering clients.
I have a website, www.colinhj.com where I have tons of free content in the form of blogs to help you with your website development. Feel free to contact me if you just need to chat about your website. I'm here to help. I'll bounce ideas back and forth with you. If there's a project you can pay me for that I can do for you, great. If not, learning about your business and product is just more knowledge for me, so it's a win-win.
Thanks for reading, and happy freelance-hunting. May the markets be forever in your favor.
