I am a Registered Medical technologist with a hospital laboratory experience and currently working as a Virtual Medical Assistant. As a Medical Technologist, I acquired clinical laboratory assay processing, specimen collection, verifying and releasing laboratory results. On the other hand of being a VMA, I have an experience of responding/sending e-mails to Home Health Agencies. I am using SmartSheet/Google Spreadsheet/Microsoft Excel to keep track referrals coming in for the company and utilizing internet browsing for additional information need (eg. location, insurance company, etc.) I have a strong communication and writing skills. Easily trained and more than willing to be trained for additional knowledge.
