I am a highly trained customer service representative turned team lead with over 7 years of work experience in the BPO industry. 

I can provide e-mail, ticket and phone support and will do everything I can to delight your customers. I am well versed in customer service, sales, emails and phone support, and account management. I have catered to the needs & expectations of both Australian & US based companies and have loved every minute of it, I am An innate people person, I enjoy conversing with customers and building rapport. Friendliness, attentiveness, understanding, empathy, and patience comes naturally to me, making me the ideal go-to person to represent the image a company would like to portray. I am also a skilled professional who works with excellence in mind. I take pride in what I do, therefore I do my job well. I am a fast learner and a team player who believes in the importance of efficiency, time management, and a positive attitude.

Prior to me working with BPO, I also have worked as an event organizer with Jollibee Corporation while taking the last two years of my Course in Fatima. I'm taking care of the programs, coordinating with the clients and making sure that everything has been executed as planned.

I've mastered Microsoft offices such us Word, Excel and Publisher since that's our main tools at school for projects and presentation.

 I am a full-time freelancer with flexible working hours.
