I am Cloudyshyne but you can call me Cloudy. I graduated Office Management in Polytechnic University of the Philippines. I first worked at a BPO company where I took my final training before graduating. I have more work experience with Clerical or secretarial work. From inventories to filing and monitoring documents and supplies. I also have experiences in Sales Industry and Catering services under their Administration.
Then last year, I had my first call center agent experience and its new and very challenging for me.
