Cliff Haigler

Mr. Cliff Haigler has over 30 years of finance and accounting experience in a wide range of industries. He has served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer for public companies, private equity portfolio companies and several closely held companies. Mr. Haigler has been directly involved in approximately 60 acquisitions including deal structure, modeling, due diligence and merger integration. He has been involved in numerous audits of public and private companies and has extensive SEC experience. He has substantial capital markets and investor relations experience with investment banking firms, private equity professionals and public company investors. Mr. Haigler also focuses on process improvement and is a cost-cutting expert focused on improved cash flow and profitability. He has 20 years of experience of working with various Board of Directors with corporate governance issues, compensation studies and board presentations. Mr. Haigler is both a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.
