Experience gained include in the mining, construction, heavy manufacturing, food production, hotel & catering sectors. I have 11+ years’ experience in sustainable development, compliance, SHEQ management, systems development, implementation and maintenance, auditing and 5+ years of experience in mine SHEQ.HR management, HR management, strategic planning & management, corporate social responsibility, research and general business leadership.

I have conducted over 40 QHSE compliance audits and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001/ OHSAS 18001 audits in the different sectors. My successes include successfully developing management systems for certification as we as updating for maintenance for the mentioned ISO standards and European Foundation for Quality Management systems. I have recently attained a lead auditor`s course in ISO 45001:2018.

My exceptional training skills are relevant in creating awareness of SHEQ and management systems. I have good analytical skills, combined with good communication and presentation presentation skills I am able to provide comprehensive reports.

On behalf of previous employment I have received awards for HSE management system, namely Chamber of mines most improved mine in my first year. 6 gold and 2 silver for 4 consecutive years for provincial and sectorial each year from the local regulatory body for OHS.
