I've been with the customer service for over 7 years under the Technical and Helpdesk Support role.
I am proud to say that I am skilled and well knowledgeable on desktop and home networking support.

Through these years of experience, I became proficient in the use of Excel specially when creating reports. I often integrate javascripts and VBA to automate the spreadsheet to assist on repetitive task.

I am also adept in the use of HTML and CSS and a very good understanding of programming and algorithms.
