My name is Claudine Ngolab, and I have a strong background in customer service, sales, and administrative support. Over the years, I’ve worked in different roles such as cold calling, lead nurturing, appointment setting, and inside sales. I’ve also supported real estate and roofing businesses by following up with leads, maintaining CRM records, and helping sales teams stay organized.
