To start off, I've been in the BPO industry for 3 years. My experience includes providing professional assistance to customers with needs about services or products via phone and email. In my previous company, we use Desk which is somewhat similar to Zendesk so I'm familiar in using macros. In addition, I also have basic knowledge in using Excel and I’ve handled invoices when I worked at a consultancy firm.

Currently, I am not limiting myself with only just my experience. I also try to self educate myself with the likes of Google sheets, Excel, Shopify and Amazon. I watch online videos or do my own research.

People find me energetic, spontaneous and a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills. I am most confident that I would be able to handle the job required with the set of skills and experiences that I have. I'm also willing to explore new horizons and learn new things on the job.
