Claudin Joy Sansano Taoatao

Hi, my name is Claudin Joy Taoatao. I have several years of experience in the BPO industry, where I’ve worked as a customer service representative and a flight reservation agent. I’ve handled accounts in the UK, the US, and the travel industry, including Groupon, Verizon, and United Airlines. In these roles, I developed strong communication skills, learned to handle high-pressure situations, and became confident in resolving customer concerns quickly and effectively. For the past few years, I’ve also been managing our family business, which is an events resort, and it gave me hands-on experience in client relations, scheduling, and making sure every detail is handled smoothly. While I don’t have direct VA experience yet, I believe my background in customer support, problem-solving, and building rapport with clients makes me highly adaptable and ready to succeed in this role.
