Hi! I am Claudz Gonzaga, new to freelancing world but with 10 years worth of BPO experience handling both customer service and technical support campaigns. Some of thebaccounts i have handled were Norton/Symantec, Capital One credit cards (consumer and business) and TCL consumer goods specifically home appliances. I’am also experienced both with voice and non-voice operations. Started as an agent in this industry and slowly went up the ladder promoted as a subject matter expert, to team leader and eventually to a deputy program manager post. I am trying my luck in the freelancing world and start working at home.
