Results-driven and detail orientated professional with extensive experience in finance, property, relationship management and stakeholder engagement developed through a successful career at Merrill Lynch, Cushman & Wakefield (South Africa and Qatar) and most recently Chas Everitt South Africa. Through my experience in finance, I have liaised with diverse sets of stakeholders to ensure seamless key decision making as well as working through the intricacies of balance sheet and board requirements.

Additionally, I have extensive experience across the property sector, including commercial, retail, industrial, and residential real estate, as well as asset management. My expertise spans financial valuation analysis, marketing, leasing, retail research, lease administration, and operations. I have worked directly with major funds and possess a strong understanding of asset’s life-cycle, along with regulatory compliance complexities.. As a licensed registered broker with the PPRA, I bring comprehensive knowledge of the entire industry's key facets.I have extensive experience in effective communication and negotiation as well as contract term negotiations, ensuring continued streamlined client engagement.

Having lived and worked in Africa, South-East Asia and the Middle East, I have a strong understanding of diverse cultures and market dynamics and have engaged with and facilitated end-to-end solutions across these markets.

I am proficient in project management and administration -I coordinate initiatives that promote collaboration and achieve impactful results through management and administration of various solutions having also headed up Legal, Human Resources and Finance for a small NGO in Johannesburg.

I used the short breaks taken in my career to focus on my family to reinvent  and upskill myself. In this period I studied, learnt additional skills (project management diploma, digital marketing and teaching courses) as well as founded a business. All of which have immensely contributed to my skills set and enriched and empowered me in navigating through life experiences. I am now seeking new challenges using my diverse skill set to add value
