Work Experience Web Developer, Special Bunny (Summer 2023 - Current) Special Bunny is a Seattle-area house rabbit rescue, rehabilitation, and re-homing non-profit. Special Bunny’s website supports house rabbit owners worldwide with health, care, feeding, first aid, and other hard-to-find rabbit-specific pet information. • Migrating content-heavy website from WordPress to Squarespace by importing and adjusting content to more accurately fit the new platform. • Planning and establishing standards across the website to ensure consistency and ease of maintainability. Site organization overhaul to assist users find information more easily. • Automating Special Bunny submission forms with Google Apps Script to send out notifications and automatically generate relevant documents when users submit or edit requests. Print and Copy Services Tech, University of Puget Sound (Fall 2022 - Spring 2023) Print and Copy Services provides technical and operational support, both in-person and online, to the UPS administration, professors, staff and student body, helping to design and produce hundreds of projects a month. • Streamlined operations to increase internal and user efficiency. • Consulted with customers to deliver projects that fit their needs and met their budget requirements. • Managed inventory, scheduling and, delivery of printer supplies to UPS campus. Software Engineering Intern, MacCoss Lab University of Washington (Summer 2022) MacCoss Lab at the University of Washington is a facility that researches protein mass spectrometry as part of the Department of Genome Sciences. MacCoss’ Skyline software is designed to help interpret data output from mass spectrometers and employs cuttingedge technologies and methods to produce powerful research tools. • Worked with the University of Washington’s Skyline Targeted Mass Spec Environment development team. • Implemented natural sorting in file display and accompanying unit test. • Created user interface to enable users to select and share project files to simplify data sharing and bug reporting. Projects Movie Swiping iOS App • Co-created Cinemigos, a social media platform designed to help users discover new movies and connect with friends over common cinematic interests. • Written in Swift, Cinemigos utilizes various web APIs for endless content curation and movie information. 3D Solar System model in OpenGL • Fully customizable 3d solar system model which allows for custom solar system files to be entered and shown. • Written in Java and using OpenGL along with custom shaders and graphics pipeline management.
