I worked as a customer service for almost 4 years in a BPO industry, serving customer needs through email and talking to them and in doing that. I learned how to become patient and most of all I learned to serve others professionally. And this make me stay working as a Customer Service agent, to serve customers through email and talking to them at the same time.
