I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Inspiro, where I handled customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. I developed the ability to resolve concerns quickly and accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Callbox, I managed content schedules, coordinated campaigns using tools like HubSpot and Canva, and analyzed engagement data to improve reach and performance. This role strengthened my attention to detail, creativity, and ability to adapt strategies to meet company goals.
Most recently, I worked as a Contracts and Document Control Admin at Mid Construction. I maintain project contracts, ensure compliance with company documentation standards, and track renewals for certificates and subcontractor records. This position has enhanced my skills in organization, accuracy, and workflow coordination.
Outside work, I’ve been active in Mental Health Advocates in Iloilo City as a core member, helping plan outreach initiatives and share mental health education resources in the community.
