I started working at one of the most successful BPO company here in Gensan in 2014. My first campaign was QA camp, where we audit calls of the CSRs, making sure process is being followed properly and we provide them our feedbacks and recommendations. Through this campaign, my listening skills has improved and I become more detail oriented. I also worked as a Virtual Assistant for over 2 years, we pull credit reports, doing invoices thru quickbooks, running cards for the service charge and printing legal letters. It was a challenging task as it requires me to be flexible, shifting from one task to another without missing deadlines and important details of course with minimal supervision. I then was assigned to customer service campaign, where we provide info to customers of package whereabouts and that last for 2 years as well. Being a customer, I have dealt with difficult situations and people. I become more patient over time by putting myself into the shoes of the customers. I also have worked as a sales representative to where I got promoted as a team leader. Thru the latter, I have become more target and deadline driven, ability of hiring competent employees, develop strategy that suits our needs to get sales increased. I am a fast learner, great communication skills and a purpose driven individual. I also have skills that I learned thru watching tutorial videos like SEO, social media management and transcription.
