Greetings! My name is Clarice Calabon, Filipino, 27 years old. I live in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

I am currently seeking for a job as a Virtual Assistant or Freelancer.

I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Industrial Engineering from Malayan Colleges Laguna - Mapua Laguna.

I initially worked as an Administrative Office Assistant at my school. My main tasks were to create, maintain, and enter information into databases using various computer applications and systems and coordinate conferences, meetings, or special events.

After that, I got my second job as Inventory Control and Planning Engineer at Canon Business Machines Phils. Inc. I was assigned to handle operators who execute parts daily inventory and helped resolved abnormalities and discrepancies in the inventory of assembly parts.

I am currently a Business Process Management Specialist in a retail company here in the Philippines. I am assigned to analyze current processes in order to provide solutions for improvements and perform data gathering and root cause analysis in order to develop appropriate process control changes.

I am also a Freelancer from Filipino Virtual Assistance (FVA) Consultancy Company. I took the Freelancing course last year from Filipino Virtual Assistance and got a Gold Certificate upon completion. From the same company, I applied as an Apprentice for their Freelancing Apprenticeship program. I completed the Apprenticeship Program - Phase 1 & Phase 2 and got 5/5 and 4.75/5 as my grade for my overall performance, respectively. Phase 1 mainly focuses on working at admin works of FVA and Phase 2 is for actual clients outside FVA.

I have knowledge in Data Entry, Transcription, Web and Graphics Designing, Social Media Management & Marketing, Content Writing and Planning, Search Engine Optimization, E-commerce, and Video/Photo Creation & Editing.

I am also proficient in using different software and applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Photoshop, AUTOCAD, Elementor, Canva, Trello and many more.

I am also a Civil Service Professional since 2016. I also took the Certification for Six Sigma Yellow Belt where I became Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CSSYB).

I am known for being keen to details, able to meet deliverable within the deadline and can work with minimal supervision. I am willing to learn new skills for the company's growth and personal development.
