Hi,

My name is Clairon France. I have been in the industry for over 7 years now. I spent 3 of those years as a customer service representative for U.S. telecommunications & campaigns (Straight Talk, Tracfone, Net10, Western Union Customer Service, Background Alert, People Whiz) from which I was also a csat achiever during my customer service representative days.

and 4 other years working from home in the Real Estate, Insurance, medical campaigns, Staffing Agency and Hiring Platform All of them are US based.

With my experience as VA/cold caller I was mostly on the phone making calls and gathering info on leads and updating & posting listings on the market and building sales pipelines. I worked with several companies related to sales. I was a telesales specialist for Society of Progressive Medical Training (appointment setting for Doctors and Clinics. I worked for Old Market Insurance, I worked for go for close - its a real estate investing company & I have been with JAG realty as a telemarketer and cold caller. I've been with Go2 for 1 yr 3 months. I started my career there in the internal sales department. And Lastly JobGet a hiring platform like indeed and snag a job.

I was an SDR so basically my main role is to call business owners, CEOs, Hr manager, Decision makers. I do it from scratch, from lead scraping, generating my own leads, cold calling them, setting the appointment and moving them to demos. Since the start of my career here I was one of the top SDRs in getting the most number of appointments, I have won a lot of awards from our team. And I got upskilled to being a Jr. AE but still in the training stage, I do the discovery calls of the appointments I set and move them to Demo. I have been having growth and success in what I do bc there were a few closes from my appointments that are now partners with Go2 and Job Get.

Being in this industry for a while now has made me very successful. I have learned a lot of things that turned me into a better version of myself. and I believe that I am developing my skills every now and then since I am getting more appointments and more bonuses, I can say. So I think that is one thing that I am getting good at.
