I have had a great communication experience in public relations, journalism, marketing and any other social and political issues from the units that I have taken on my degree at Udayana University. In completing those educational projects, I demonstrated my analytical skills to analyse the ethical way and an interesting communication tools for the personal communication, In short, my educational background has given me theoretical understanding in especially communication field.
My experience from part time employment as a Barista at Starbucks Coffee Griya Santrian, as waitress at BCCO, as Marketing internee in Armada Flow House Bali and as Receptionist in The Elysian Boutique Villa, Seminyak-Bali have developed my communication, customer service skills and social media skills. In addition, those employments have also developed my knowledge of consumer behavior which strengthens the theory I learnt during my degree. Furthermore, excellent feedback from employers and good results at university demonstrates my results driven attitude and proactive nature.
My working experience has taught me to handle a lot of people with different expectations as for me it is to gain knowledge in consumer behavior and also to build relations with customer.
