I worked as a Team leader in banking and finance. Handled sales / marketing (Telemarketing and Direct Sales), Collection, Credit Investigation and Service Quality. I handled maximum of 28 people. Monitoring, audit, reports, emails, presentation and also interviewing the applicants of the company for our department. Handles also training's for the people. I've done with the Training such as Signature Analysis and Forgery Detection, MS Excel, Train the Trainers and Why We are Losing Good People. Lots of achievements. I've been with Logistics too and send to Singapore for training and visit Singapore Post to see their process. Also been doing sales credit cards , loans.
