Cindie Dacer

I am Cindie F. Dacer from Lipa City, Batangas, and I graduated from Batangas State University with a degree in BSBA-Human Resource Development Management. I completed my 600-hour internship program at CitiGlobal as an HR Assistant Intern. Additionally, I work as an Assistant Manager- HR at Grow Ecommerce Inc.

This experience has enhanced my skills in managing timekeeping, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. I monitored employee tasks and productivity using Hubstaff, providing reports and insights to improve efficiency. I also assisted with recruitment efforts, including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate tracking. Furthermore, I supported employee transitions, handled exit interviews, and ensured compliance with company policies throughout the employee lifecycle. I acted as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, fostering a smooth and positive experience for all staff.
