Call Center Agent-
During the time that I was working at the call center agency, I
was assigned to outbound marketing, which means we are the
ones who call the potential client and we are going to offer our
product or services. I always made a high volume of sales calls
per day, exceeding company outbound call targets.

We have a small business where we sell vegetables and fruits.
But when the coronavirus (COVID-19) hits, we are one of the
small businesses that are affected. More than 10 years of my
life were spent in the wet market. Growing up in that kind of
place really opened my eyes and mind to the reality of the real
world. And of course, that makes me more mature. I can say
that the wet market is my training ground.
