I'm an Operations and Automation Specialist with 7 years of experience helping founders and small business owners turn scattered workflows into structured, scalable systems.

My work sits at the intersection of executive support and operations — I take direction, build the processes behind it, and make sure things actually get done without the founder having to chase every moving part.

On the automation side, I build in Zapier, Make.com, and N8N — connecting tools, eliminating manual steps, and creating workflows that run without someone having to remember. On the operations side, I handle everything from SOP documentation and project coordination to inbox management, scheduling, CRM updates, and contractor oversight.

I've worked with service businesses, logistics companies, property management teams, and professional services firms. I hold 7 Salesforce certifications and work daily across Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com, Go High Level, Softr, and Google Workspace.
