I annotate data used in training AI models (large language models). It entails labelling the training data infusing it with context to enable AI models identify texts, sounds and pictures.
I also train AI models, I rate responses generated by these models (texts, pictures and videos) using client's software. Some of the metrics used in rating the responses include factuality, relevancy and originality.
I also provide IT/Customer support. My technical skills include; system monitoring, resolution and escalation, customer interaction and technical knowledge. I am proficient with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zendesk and fresh desk. I have used business process tools like Trello and monday.com for some projects. I am very good with communication tools like slack, MS teams, and discord.
