Title:
Automated Sales & Reporting Dashboard in Google Sheets
Project Description:
Designed and developed an interactive Google Sheets dashboard to simplify sales tracking and
reporting for a retail business. The dashboard consolidated raw data into clean, visual reports with
automated updates, eliminating the need for repetitive manual calculations.
What I Did:
Collected and cleaned sales data (Units Sold, Unit Price, Total Revenue).
Applied advanced formulas to automate key metrics (Total Revenue, Growth %, Top Product
Contribution).
Built pivot tables for quick analysis of sales by month, region, and product.
Designed KPI cards (Revenue, Units Sold, Growth (%) for at-a-glance insights.
Created charts (line, bar, pie) to visualize trends and performance.
Removed gridlines and formatted dashboard for a clean, professional look.

Visual 1:
This is the initial dataset captured from sales operations, including Date, Product, Sales Reps, Region, and Units
Sold. At this stage the dataset is unformatted and missing critical calculations such as Total Revenue, making it
unsuitable for analysis yet.
Visual 2:
This dataset was cleaned and standardized to ensure accuracy and usability. Formatting adjustments were made
for consistency, missing values were handled, and a new TR column was generated using formulas calculated.
Visual 3 & 4:
This shows pivot tables created to summarize the cleaned dataset. This provided a breakdown of Revenues by
Regions, Sales Representatives, and the overall Sum Totals. This made it easy to identify top performing Sales
Representatives and High-revenue regions.

This interactive dashboard was built to provide quick insights into sales performance. The dashboard included;
