● Built in-app CRM and email campaign tool with SES and SNS ( tracking open, click, and bounce
rates), helping merchants on Mainstack reach clients and potential customers seamlessly.
● Developed an email verification algorithm that flagged over 10,000 invalid addresses, reducing
bounce rate from 16% to <2%; using DNS and mail exchanger record verification, and pinging SMTP
server connection.
● Led the development of “Mainstack Bookings”, an appointment booking engine with calendar sync,
payments, and video conferencing. Helping merchants manage availability and timeslots.
● Improved system performance by offloading CPU-intensive tasks to queues and worker threads,
improving system stability.
