One of my favorite recent projects involved taking a cluttered HubSpot CRM with missing names, broken emails, and no real system and turning it into a clean, automated lead capture workflow that saved my client hours every week. I exported, filtered, and cleaned their data in Excel, then used Make.com and Airtable to build automations for new leads, so nothing would fall through the cracks again. That’s the kind of behind-the-scenes magic I love to create.

I’m also comfortable on the phone. I’ve worked as a lead coordinator, answering inbound calls, qualifying leads, updating CRMs in real time, and following up via email or SMS to make sure no opportunity is lost.
