Mr. Equibal has a minimum of a year of broad experience in the field of project management
specifically for land development of high-end projects under Ayala Land Premier and more than two
years of broad experience in the field of structural engineering specilizing in public flood control
projects.
During his practice of project management, he had conducted project supervision and monitoring of
various land development project from pre-construction, on-going constructions, and post
construction. During pre-construction, he had preceded meetings and reviewed data with the group
that conducts the technical due diligence from survey works up to feasibility studies in behalf of the
proponent. Meanwhile, during the on-going constructions and post construction, he had conducted
thoroughly monitoring of the quality of the work conducted by the operating units and to ensure all
deliverables are provided in a timely manner.
During his practice of structural engineering, he has assisted the lead engineer in preparation of all
technical reports such as structural analysis, seepage analysis and design report. He had experience
in design of reinforced concrete and steel structures under supervision of the lead engineer. He had
also prepared civil works using Civil 3D for river alignment and vertical profiles of the flood control
projects. He also helped to ensure delivery of quality preliminary,detailed engineering designs, and

2.) (Las Pinas) Marulas - Tungtung River Improvement (2015 and 2016 Project)
Functions:
− Prepared design criteria for the structural design of floodwalls structure and
revetments;
− Conducted structural analyses and design of several urgent proposed flood-control
structures in flooded area in Metro-Manila; Design of river bank protection structures,
flood-walls, interceptors and revetments;
− Performed field reconnaissance of the study areas concerning to the existing
situation and development of the natural waterways and drainage system.
− Reviewed available data such as master-plan, feasibility study, as-built plans of

Functions:
− Involved in planning and design of necessary improvement for the major natural
waterway of San Juan River including the other tributary rivers.

− Involved in identification and inventory of existing flood control structures, drainage
or interceptor channels, outfalls, pumping stations and damage existing structures
along San Juan River.
− Formulated criteria for the structural design of floodwalls and drainage collectors,
and other structural measures of the river improvement.
− Performed study on the susceptibility of the riverbank from slope sliding or
collapsing.
− Conducted structural analyses and design of several urgent proposed flood-control
