Chrystialynd Johanna David Balingit

I’m really passionate about my work in the BPO industry, and I’ve gained 3 years of hands-on experience in this field. What I love most about my job is the opportunity to solve problems and create positive experiences for customers. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that my efforts directly impact someone’s day in a meaningful way.

Throughout these years, I’ve developed strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, and I’ve learned how to stay calm and efficient in high-pressure situations. Working with a team to improve processes is something I really enjoy as well.

I’m also excited about transitioning into a role as a virtual assistant. The flexibility and diverse range of tasks it offers really appeals to me, and I believe my background in customer service and organizational skills would help me excel in such a role. My goal is to continue developing my expertise, manage multiple tasks remotely, and eventually help support small businesses or entrepreneurs in achieving their goals
