Currently, I am employed in a restaurant as the Operations Manager who in charge of the day-to-day business operations including the restaurant’s online ads (via Facebook Ads Management)
I have worked previously as a Medical Assistant in a hospital for more than two years and have utilized my skills in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and PDF applications for document preparation and record keeping. I have also gained knowledge in preparing documents for tax declaration, documentation of doctors fees(billing invoice) for both personal charge and under healthcare insurance, data-entry, building rapport among clients, managing appointment schedules and client inquiries via call, text and emails.
