I'm an experienced IT Support professional with over 14 years in the field, covering Infrastructure, Systems, and Network Administration. My career has given me the opportunity to manage and support a wide range of technologies across local and cloud-based environments, allowing me to deliver dependable and secure IT operations in any setting.

My expertise centers on User Account Management and Access Control using Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Exchange, and Google Workspace. I ensure users have the right permissions, access, and security policies to keep systems running efficiently and safely. Alongside this, I have strong hands-on experience in network and ISP monitoring using SolarWinds, MRTG, and PRTG, giving me deep insight into performance optimization and issue prevention.

I’m well-versed in configuring and managing network devices such as HP and Cisco switches, Ubiquiti equipment, F5 load balancers, and Fortigate firewalls. My experience also extends to server rack management, network layout design, PBX setup, and CCTV installation, ensuring complete infrastructure coverage from backbone to endpoint.

On the support and management side, I’ve worked with several Professional Service Automation (PSA) platforms such as Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Halo, and Zendesk, as well as Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools like RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, ScreenConnect, and Kaseya. I also handle Okta dashboard administration and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup, ensuring secure and compliant access for users and clients.

I’m known for working under minimal supervision and maintaining a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. I take pride in keeping systems organized through device inventory management, thorough documentation, and knowledge base creation, helping teams maintain clarity and continuity even in fast-paced environments.
