I am a customer service representative with a result-filled working experience of 5 years and base knowledge as a virtual assistant and document reviewer,Cold calling. When it comes to work, I am all out for the process that leads to results.

As a 4 time overall employee of the month working with top BPO, I have attained excellence in Customer management and Document reviews using Salesforce and ERE in order to help my clients get quality status for their Disability benefits.
