Having more than 10 years of experience, I have worked with several companies handling different products ranging from audio equipment to underwear. Tasks include checking shipment status, processing warranty claims, and answering general inquiries. Multi tasking and problem solving are just some of the skills I've acquired over the years and they'll surely be put to good use. Having an extensive background in Tech Support will also come in handy. The customer support platforms I've used before are Gorgias, Salesforce and Help Scout. For e-commerce it's Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
