Throughout my 2 years of Customer Service Representative, I have been able to help and provide my company a customer satisfaction for customers. I was promoted as a Team Lead in my stay for the company but I didn't grab the post because I want to finish my undergrad studies. I know it was a good opportunity for me but I want to have a degree first before building my career.
